Cilantro Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Bunch Cilantro, washed
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ tbsp Lime Juice I recommend 1/2 -1 tbsp of lime juice according to preference
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Dash of Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth! Keep in air tight container for 5-7 days in your refrigerator.
