2 ½CupsCold Filtered Water
6stalksCelery
1 CupPineapple Juice
1tbspGinger Fresh or powdered
2tbspLemon Juice
Instructions
Start with water in your blender. Add chopped and washed celery to blender and blend until smooth.
Add ginger, lemon and pineapple juice and blend again until smooth.

Notes
If you prefer your juice colder, place in refrigerator first for 10-20 minutes. This will contain "pulp". If you prefer no or less pulp, strain juice before drinking. ** The "pulp" however is very nutritious!
