Coat baking dish with 1 tbsp of your melted butter.
Half your pears and scoop out seeds & core to create a small opening in pear. This is where our oat mixture will go.
Mix oats, cinnamon, remaining melted butter, cloves, lemon juice, honey and salt together in medium mixing bowl. Fold in chopped nuts.
Add a spoonful of oat mixture to each pear, filling the hole as well as spreading some over the top of the pears.
Place your pears into your baking dish and sprinkle a little more cinnamon and drizzle more honey over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, removing the cover at 15 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
