Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Honey Tonic

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Filtered Water Can also use mineral or alkaline water
  • 4 inch Fresh Grated Organic Ginger
  • 6 tbsp Raw Local Honey
  • 7 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Organic Lemon Juice

Optional Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Mineral Sea Salt *If not using mineral or alkaline water
  • 3-4 tsp Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 2-3 tsp Organic Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in large mason jar or carafe. Let steep overnight ( approx. 12-24 hours). Enjoy!

Notes

This drink can also be enjoyed hot. Simply warm on low on your stovetop after the drink has steeped.
